Egor Shestakov has extensive experience in international real estate, working with global investors to deliver a wide range of major industrial, commercial and residential developments across Europe and beyond.

His role as head of a Single-Family Office puts him in an ideal position to lead Sixpenny Group’s investor relations activity, working with private and institutional funders to generate strong returns through our developments.

Egor is a successful serial entrepreneur with interests outside Sixpenny Group that span technology, manufacturing and construction.

David Bowcock’s background is in commercial property and prior to co-founding Sixpenny Group, he helped manage a £1.5 billion portfolio serving 100 major international clients.

This operational experience at scale is a key component in the successful delivery of Sixpenny Group’s projects. His role also encompasses scaling Sixpenny Group’s operational capabilities to support our pipeline and growth aspirations.

Beyond real estate, David also sits on the Board of a technology business, providing strategic advice and advising on operational enhancement.

Lauren brings a diverse professional background spanning Retail, IT, and the Oil and Gas sector, giving her a well-rounded perspective on business operations across multiple industries. She has developed strong expertise in operational management, project coordination, and complex administrative functions, with a proven ability to support the successful delivery of projects from planning through to execution.

She is known for her structured approach and proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for optimisation, helping to operate more efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her two children, as well as reading, swimming and spending time with her friends. A natural people person, she is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service and positive client experiences.

Harriet loves keeping things organised and running smoothly. She has supported senior individuals in high-net-worth environments, bringing discretion, attention to detail, and a passion for great service, skills she first developed during 13 years as cabin crew, travelling internationally and meeting people from all walks of life.

She is known for managing priorities, and ensuring that both personal and professional requirements are handled efficiently and to the highest standard.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two daughters, socialising, and travelling.
