Sixpenny Group invests into Freedom Works Ltd.

We’re excited to share that Sixpenny Group has invested in Freedom Works Group, the South East’s largest independent flexible office provider.

This partnership will support a major growth phase for Freedom Works, with plans to expand its workspace footprint by around 50% over the next 18 months, adding new locations across Sussex and Surrey.

Freedom Works currently operates 12 sites under its Freedom Works and PLATF9RM brands and has built a strong community of more than 5,500 members. Immediate plans include:
– 75,000 sq. ft of additional space
– 2–3 new locations
– A flagship PLATF9RM hub in Brighton, designed for the South Coast’s creative and digital businesses

As businesses continue to move away from traditional leases towards flexible, managed workspace, we see this as a strong, long-term opportunity in regional markets and Freedom Works is exceptionally well positioned to lead that shift.
